Bio-Simplex® Single-Use Molded Assemblies

Bio-Simplex® single-use molded assemblies are constructed of C-Flex® pharmaceutical-grade thermoplastic elastomers. Thanks to the unique properties of these materials and Saint-Gobain’s innovative overmolding technology, tubing and other components can be combined into one unified assembly in an almost infinite number of configurations. This process creates true one-piece construction; the overmolding material is the same as the tubing, and when molded together they become one to provide an integrally bonded connection with superior strength, reliability and product integrity. Economically designed for single-use applications, these assemblies are custom-engineered for your specific application and can combine a variety of tubing sizes and connections – including tees, wyes and crosses – with any number of sampling or storage containers. They eliminate the need for manual assembly, tie wraps, hose barbs and other connecting devices. Please contact our customer service department for information on designing your unique assembly.
